What form of payment do you accept?
We take all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as Bank Debit Cards.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Pottery orders will take 3-4 weeks to ship. We will send an e-mail and tracking number when your items have been shipped.

Can I use your pottery?
All items are food safe. They have been glazed and fired using food safe glazes. We would recommend hand washing all items.

What is your return policy?
All items are hand painted and personalized based on your specifications, for this reason items cannot be returned. Please be sure to thoroughly check your order when you place it.

How will items be shipped?
In almost all cases items will be shipped by UPS. Once an item has been shipped we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number.
